JUNK - Printer Heads Don't Last

Junk. It's only been nine months and the printer heads are no longer aligned and after multiple attempts to rectify the issue, it seems impossible. I guess this one is headed for the dumpster because apparently (to me) there is no fix. This is my third Epson printer and while I do like the quality of their ink, they have lousy customer support and the lack of imagination and troubleshooting (limitations) in what you can and cannot fix from the settings panel is very VERY poor. I am never buying this brand again. Been burned, time to look for something else.
