This lens is unbelievable. It is amazing that you can get a 600mm lens in such a small package. At a little over 4lbs I am able to hand hold it all day. The vibration control works great and the lens is very sharp up until about 540mm. Even at 600mm the lens still produces acceptably sharp photos. Paired with my Nikon d500 it's a birders dream setup!

This camera is amazing! You can't realize the action shots you are missing until you try shooting with 10 frames per second. It gives you many more choices of wing placement with birds in flight. The group AF tracking is a big step above all my other cameras. If you shoot sports or wildlife you have to try this camera! I can't say enough good things about it.

You cannot believe how sharp this lens is. The OS works great and I can hand hold shots at 1/30 and 200mm. It works great as a portrait lens with the faster aperture then other kit zooms. It really is a well made high performing lens. Great job Fujifilm!

This is a great lens for the money. It focuses fast and accurate. It feels well made and is really sharp up to 450mm. At 500mm you can obtain fairly sharp pictures if you stop down to F8. Long lenses like this one really depend more on technique then optical quality to get really sharp pictures, that being said this lens really delivers.
