Very happy with this dishwasher! Does a good job cleaning, runs very quiet. I really like the flexibility for arranging the tines on the bottom rack, depending on size of pieces I put in. Haven't had any problems, I do wish the upper rack especially was a little more sturdy. It seems a bit flimsy to me.

Wish the knobs were a bit smaller, but that's a small detail. Also wish they didn't use such stubborn glue on the labels they stick on top, it took some real work to get the paper and the residue off. Other than that, so far, so good, cooking performance has been very good, and clean up so much easier than on my old electric stove with traditional burners.

It does preheat quickly and the convection baking process is wonderful, really cuts down cooking time! Haven't used the sensor yet, but hopefully soon. We've only had it installed a couple of weeks but so far very happy with it. Although the fan does run both during and after use, its pretty quiet and not bothersome to us at all.

Drying?
Lots of reviews about this dw not drying properly. Is this a design flaw? Are the dishes not getting dry immediately after the cycle or are they still wet some time later? Very concerned about this issue.
I've had this dishwasher for about 3 weeks, and I haven't noticed anything unusual about the drying. I use the air dry function and my dishes are dry when I take them out ( which is usually the next morning). No different than any other dishwasher I've owned.

Is this refrigerator available without ice and water in the door
Yes it is, although I don't believe its available through Best Buy. Strangely enough, the model without the ice and water in the door was more expensive everywhere I looked.
