Is this phone worth the money to switch from the s3?

My s3 is failing badly and I need a new phone by the new year and I am wondering right now if I should switch to this phone right now and at Best Buy because I love this store for electronics. The thing is we had problems with my sisters HTC here about three to five years ago and I am really looking forward to this phone, especially at Best Buy. I really want to get it here but I would like to hear from personal experiences on getting this phone and if its worth the money.
