The nostalgia is unbeatable, there's no denying that. No one will ever be 100% pleased with the gaming selection. There's plenty of games I would have rather seen on here, but for the most part they got the right ones.
Some of the "issues" other buyers have with it I do not. One of the more common complaints is physically having to get up and move to reset the system. Thats not a legitimate gripe, thats just being lazy. When you deal with nostalgia-esque products, you take the good with the bad. I don't think this product would have had the same "feel" if there was a giant Nintendo power button in the middle of the controller. The one valid complaint I do have is controller cord length. I don't think its right that an actual NES controller from 1987 has a longer cord then the its 2018 counterpart.
My two star deduction comes not so much from the product directly, but more so Nintendo itself. The controller cord length and lack of a second controller are both frustrating. Simply because if you prefer playing more than 4 ft away from the system, and/or prefer to reminisce with an old friend or relative, you're going to be dumping more than $60. Even buying off-brand products, another controller and 2 cord extensions will slap your wallet another $20-$30 depending where you shop. So a $60 investment will be pushing closer to $100 for some people. Which granted I wouldn't get all the games...but I can run to my local retro game store and buy a REAL NES console and 2 controllers for under $100.
My second star deduction goes to Nintendo for the SAME exact problem as my first: I bought this console on its SECOND wave of big releases. Why Nintendo addressed and fixed both above issues with their SNES but not this makes no sense to me. They held up production on this for over a year, announced an "official" discontinuation of it, then released more again earlier this year. That gave them ample time to add either a second controller, or cord extension. This system release was handled poorly at the start, but they had a chance to redeem themselves and did not.

Have not been able to put this game down. It does have a few "character flaws" if you will. Your party feels very disconnected, not much interaction between party members. And when there is its very forced and out of place. And some of the voice acting leaves much to be desired. But this game is almost the lovechild of Final Fantasy and Zelda. Great old school graphics, ample amount of side quests. I cant stress enough how enjoyable the game is. Each character you add to your party possesses a unique ability to interact with NPC characters, which almost forces you to revisit every town in the game, which for me is a plus. Highly recommend.

Easily the best sonic game to date. Still old school graphics and side scrolling with just enough tweaks and changes to not take away the novelty of it. Love this game.

I've been loyal to Onkyo my whole life, and this receiver delivers as well. This will be the second Onkyo receiver i have in my home, my first one is going on 11 years and still running strong. You cannot beat the reliability and dependibility of Onkyo. Bought this because I recently upgraded my TV and was bummed when I found out I could not pass HDMI through my old receiver because it did not support HDR, 4K, etc. Was fortunate enough to find this open box for an amazing price ($440) so I had to get it. Its VERY fast, decodes and switches audio on the fly. It also automatically displays on screen graphics when changing the volume, set up options, etc. That may seem like old news to some, but as I said my original receiver is 11 years old so this was great to me. The sound is great, the bass channels are very deep, even compared to my old one. Love it.

I can't get over how much fun and how creative this experience was. The only shame is that the game is not as long as I'd like it to be. But I suppose with the "ripple effect" adding to the play-ability it almost has to be shortened. I was really skeptical when first seeing the previews, and am personally to the point where I'm tired of seeing my phone incorporated into every aspect of life. But this is different. Tons of fun to play with a large group of people. Its for all intensive purposes a giant digital board game. Sony has been on fire lately with third party applications and software. First VR now this. I hope Playlink really catches fire and gets incorporated into games in more innovative ways. I was sad the companion app phase died out rather quickly, it was one of the main selling points to me when first buying my PS4. Maybe this will respark that. Until Dawn was an amazing experience in its own. To take that and do what they did with Hidden Agenda was amazing. I hope to see more of this in the future.

At first I was so against anything like this, but when it went on sale for $30 I figured why not at least try it. I have probably only used it for 1/50 of what it can be used for it and its already a lot.

As anything else these things are extremely high priced. Bought this on black friday for $50 and still think it was way too much. Dont get me wrong the product is great. Extremely bright, insanely easy to connect to existing light hub, just very expensive.

Even with Matt Damon, the movie itself isnt what I wanted it to be. Not to say it was bad, but I thought it would go in a different direction. I thought the IDEA of what the movie was based around was great, and original. Building a wall to defend against monsters rather than other humans was an enjoyable concept. I was hoping the movie would go in a more dark direction, rather than the playful movie that it was. The imagery and action scenes (despite how greatly far-fetched) were enjoyable to watch. But I'm a history/prequel kind of guy, and I wish they had dove deeper into the history of the wall then what they did. Maybe they will do a prequel
