Wifi Enabled, good music player, camera takes okay photos, great small compact size for on the go, device is good for begining android devices, expandable memory(SD Card not included) downside is the device cannot access Google Playstore.

I would like to know of a good cell phone and plan. I just want to talk,text, take a picture. Possibly with minutes that roll over so far I think it is either trac gone or thr go phone. I think the go phone offers more minutes? Thank you
