When I first purchased this, I was concerned about how comfortable it would be to wear. I was pleasantly surprised. I often forget that I'm wearing it. As far as functionality, it works perfect except for the noise cancellation. If you want noise cancellation, it's virtually non-existent on this item. But, if you are just looking for a Bluetooth to talk on the phone with, it's a great product. I can hear my soft spoken wife perfectly in my truck, even with my windows down.

I was looking for a smaller backpack without it being too small. This is a little larger than what I would prefer. But, for the price, it's an excellent value.
