WD Quick View does not consistently show drive status in sys tray. WD Smartware software is one way sync only and is slow.
Two way sync for internet cloud services offers more features and remains my primary cloud storage/access preference. The cost of my 3T drive is equivalent to a 3 year subscription cost for my current cloud provider.

What's not so great: Not really cloud. Advertisement is misleading for two way sync.
