After opening my Christmas present I was in love with the color and features, but after only using it 6 times it started making this loud noise I shut it off inspected it nothing. It would quit then half way through the living room it would start making the loud noise again. Then quit sucking all together. After going back to best buy where I purchased it they didn't want to exchange or help in anyway what a waste of money...
