While they do make more performant SSDs, this one is just fine for normal usage. (Surfing/coding/gaming) The higher end ones are more aimed at server use where you have a large number of users accessing the machine a one time. For a single user, this is more than adequate and will shockingly improve your performance and boot time compared to a normal mechanical hard drive!

Will this work with Windows 10?????
I have an old PC with an old video card (ATI Radeon 4800). Time to upgrade. Will this work with Windows 10 and is it a good card?
It definitely will work with Windows 10. Not sure how old your computer is. As long as your computer has an available PCI/Express 16 slot then no problem.

will this be strong enough to play gta 5
It will, but not at the highest graphics settings. But will still do a good job if you turn down the heavy effects like shadowing.

No, sorry, this is designed for a regular PC/desktop. Won't fit in a laptop. Someone else will have to recommend a good laptop card for you, that's outside my experience.
