Wish I had NOT bought!

I wish I had not bought this case! The only good things good about it is that it protects it against drops and water! Other than that it's not a very good product! I knew before buying it the auxiliary outlet on previous models didn't allow the cable to fit into the plug without the adapter! I was told this problem was remedied! That problem still exist though! It works kind of but doesn't fully plug in! When listening to music, watching videos or speaker phone the sound is muffled and is distorted with vibration like the sound of a speaker that is blown out! The same sound quality happens when trying to have a conversation with normal phone use as well! Not only is it hard for me to understand other people on the phone but it is also hard for them to understand me too! I suggest finding a different case unless don't care about listening to music, listening to videos, using speaker phone or talking on the phone! Basically every reason for having a smart phone! I am extremely disappointed with this product!
