It is a great computer, but I did have some issues with tech support. The HP update function did not work, so I was on the phone for two hours while they took over to solve the issue. They did not, so they wanted to reboot. I returned the computer to BestBuy, got a new one and had the same problem. I called tech support again, and this time I got hold of a person, who also took over the computer, knew what she was talking about and solved the issue. Now I am fully satisfied.

These are expensive batteries but if you buy the genuine thing, they will last a long time. Mine last 4-5 months.
I have seen reviews of cheaper batteries where the life was only a few weeks. These batteries are no doubt used batteries or fake. Always buy in factory packing, and not lose in plastic bags.
