Excellent TV, 4K magical, upscale from 1080i/p is outstanding, would give it 5 stars but the 3D is a total let down.
The Good. Take the setting off standard and put it on Vivid, play with various black levels, brightness etc and you'll have such a brilliant picture your friends and neighbors will be all jealous. The picture is just amazing, no other word for it. Very impressed and love it.
The Bad
I'm coming from a Mitsubishi DLP 3D TV. The brightness was the only drawback to that TV, the 3D engine was the same as ones in the cinema back then and it was great for 3D content.
The 850C is just unexciting when it comes to 3D. The brightness is great, picture is sharp, but it's like watching a 2D film with a bit of depth. Nothing jumps out of the screen like 3D should. I've put in all my 3D blu-ray's hoping it was just the film, nope...this TV just blows in 3D. C'mon Sony Engineers, you can do better than that!
Oh and I had 8 sets of various active 3D glasses and not one worked with this TV. So I had to and buy additional glasses..
Right, seeing I'm off the 3D rant, another bad, the response time for the remote. It's like a grumpy spouse who has selective hearing...sometimes ignores your requests..
Other than that, I love the TV. I would recommend it to a friend, but would suggest to them to lower expectations for the 3D.

With no reviews anywhere on the web, I took a gamble on these and ordered two. Klipsch is a great brand of speakers so I thought they should be good and I was not disappointed.
Received two speakers yesterday, ran one 100ft and one 50ft 14 gauge speaker wire from 100w per channel home theater receiver to each speaker. You could use any amp rated 100w - 200w per channel speaker or a A and B/ multizone capable receiver)
Clear instructions from klipsch told me how to cross the speaker's four wires over to create either 2 channel (for one speaker only) or to create 1 channel per speaker (left and right) like I have it.
The connector provided out of the box isn't that great and is not waterproof, even with their already silicone squirted cap. I simply wrapped and wrapped and wrapped some more wire tape around each connector to make it more water resistent and buried them under the mulch.
Set the speakers approx 20ft apart, pointed towards the house and turned the receiver on. Adjusted the distance to get the pefect stereo sound when sitting at the patio table. Turned the receiver to the max and sound didn't distort one bit, the speakers still have more to offer if your amp or receiver is greater than 100w per channel.
The highs are precise and clear just as advertised and the lows/bass were surprisingly solid for outdoors, no need for a separate subwoofer.
I have the sandstone which is a slightly lighter color than the rest of my rock patio but they don't look out of place. I absolutely love them and if you want quality, the money is well spent with these.
What's great about it: 99% of Everything
What's not so great: The wire connector, not the best outdoor connector in the world.

Still going strong!
July 19, 2010
Just wanted to update my review, it's been just over a year since I got them and they still have sound like the day I hooked them up.
I have left them out in the Michigan rain, sun and snow and everything is how it should be. No color fade, nothing. Wires still good, completely weather proof just as it says on the box!
My friends and neighbors love them too, although my closest neighbor says sometimes can be too loud, but that's down to me cranking it up too much..oops.
As I said before, if you can bite the price, BITE! You won't be disappointed.

Awesome!
ByAiredale1fromCape Cod
MUCH easier to set up than my last stand! (I was prepared for the worst.)
I can't believe the shipping charge to my door was only $8 and change.
This weighs well over a hundred pounds and was nicely delivered to my front door. I opened the box outside and brought in the big pieces one at a time. No harm to one with a bad back and bad neck.

May 8, 2013
Ok it's me again..
Update #2 Just wanted to let you know these are STILL pumping the beats like the first day. They have been out since 2009, all summer, all winter. I wish I could upload a photo to show you but please take my word, these have not faded in either color or performance, solid solid speaker. Still loving them.

6 Years on..
August 12, 2015
I can't believe it's been six years since I got these! Reason why I can't believe it's been six years? Cos they are still kicking like the first day. One is slightly faded, and I mean slightly. You wouldn't notice until you compare the other next to it. The other one is in a more shaded spot. But really, it still looks GREAT.
Sound wise, nothing has changed, still clean, crisp highs and solid lows.
I think I only brought the speakers inside one Michigan winter the first year so, 5 years of sun, rain and snow and apart from one slight sun fade, they are STILL like new. They'll probably outlive me..

Love it. The only issue I have is where is the support for the 3D functionality? I can't figure out how to make the glasses work correctly.

3D Glasses
September 18, 2015
You may need to buy the correct type of glasses like I did. I have 8 active 3D glasses, all various brands that used to work with my DLP 3D but I found I had to buy the Sony TDG-BT500A glasses and immediately it worked.
I also suggest you play with the 3D brightness too as the standard is somewhat dark.
