Super fast black and white which is what I was looking for. Multi page scanning has worked out great. The only problem i had was finding the place to download the mobile print and scan app to my mobile phone. It kept sending me in an never ending circle. The easiest way to get the download is to go to the store apps, then to brother and download the print and scan app. There are two apps from brother to download. Download both. Works great now. I can print emails and online info. It is super fast. Also, I purchased the 2,600 page toner cartridge and store the cartridge they came with it as a back up. I love brother products.

I almost spent $60.00 more then I needed to. I was in between buying this unit or another unit that was $60.00 more. I did not want to under purchase. Confused. I decided to contact the Best Buy online support tech. I thought for sure he was going to say "go ahead and purchase the more expensive unit!" Instead, he ended up spending about twenty minutes asking what equipment I was planning to protect. After reviewing the answers, he actually recommended the less expensive unit. He even called the manufacturers to make sure it had the software to schedule automatic shutdowns, which it does. Easy to set up and use. If it stops functioning, I can always use it as a boat anchor. Built like a brick**** house. I am impressed. And no, I do not work for Best Buy.

The only thing I would change to make it better is make the gooseneck about four inches longer. Other than that, I love it. Is this product special order with a $247.50 restocking fee if I return it, and where does it say it so I know?
It is special order. Nothing said about a return fee. I would chat with the online best buy Tech's. They should be able to answer your question. They were very helpful to me. Besides, unless it arrived damaged, I can not imagine returning it. This sucker is a monster! Very simple and solid build.

I am trying to purchase: Cyberpowerpc - Gamer Supreme Liquid Cooleddesktop - Model: SLC8320B but it shows that it is only available for store pickup. When I select this option it then shows me that the PC is not available within 250 miles. Any ideas?
Yes. I also ran into this. Most stores do not even have this unit displayed. I went ahead and ordered it free shipping to my business. I was so worried. They said it would take two and a half to three weeks. It came straight from CP in California. It arrived to my delight in a week and a half. It was packaged very well. Enough foam to redo my sofa. Lol. Just make sure you are there when it arrives. Hate to see someone steal it off your front porch. It is close to Christmas!

Does the PC come with a wifi chip, or do I have to buy it seperately? (also can I put it on the motherboard or does it need to be USB) Also, what is the efficiency of the power supply?
No wifi. I purchased a net gear USB wifi for $56.00 and it works great for my needs. I use the Ethernet cable for games and movies. CP does not put the wifi in because you could spend $50.00 to big $$$$. It all depends on your needs. If they put a $500.00 wifi in, it would put a lot of people out of purchasing budget. I am so glad I bought this unit. Hope this helps you.

is it possible to replace the Realtek sound card to Creative Sound Blaster ?
Just bought this unit. The Realtek Sound is on the motherboard. If you want to add your own preferred sound card, there are plenty of slots for you to add. I am not a big Gamer, but the 7.1 Realtek motherboard sound is pretty impressive to me.
