This record is more of a pop than an old fashioned country music album. This isn't bad, but a fan should listen to some of the tracks to see if the new style is appealing. It's still dark and full of heartbreak, just a bit different.

Decent cd transfer, loudness too high

It is not an awful transfer and sounds better than the pic disc vinyl. Still not the best way to get the album but super affordable and cheap.
