A freind told me about Blue Parrott when I asked what Bluetooth he was using. I knew he was in a noisey truck and previously had lots of background noise.
I bought one the next day.

What's great about it: Very clear in both speaking and listening.
What's not so great: Little heavy, not a deal breaker.
