Garmin Vivosmart HR Activity Tracker: Measure your daily activity with this device that helps you to set and maintain aerobic fitness goals. Vibration alerts let you receive call, text and e-mail notifications from your phone.
It's fairly accurate in measuring steps. Stair/floor counts are about 80% accurate. The HR monitor gets good resting HR measurements, but has scattered results when engaged in activities. The only thing I found as a disadvantage is the inability to synch without an Internet connection. The phone finder, ability to control music and notifications are a plus to me. Although the move reminder buzzer was sometimes not significant enough for me to notice. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.
Bad Boys I and II are featured in this special digitally enhanced collection. Former video director Michael Bay had his first big hit with the 1995 action comedy, which also returned producers Jerry Bruckheimer and Don Simpson to the big-budget, high-violence movies that they successfully churned out in the '80s. Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) are two Miami cops who watch as 100 million dollars in heroin, from the biggest drug bust of their careers, is stolen out of the basement of police headquarters. This puts them hot on the trail of French drug lord Fouchet (Tchéky Karyo), who leaves a trail of bodies in his wake and only one witness, Julie Mott (Téa Leoni), who quickly teams up with our heroes. In the 2003 sequel, Burnett and Lowrey have been assigned to head up a task force to investigate the illegal trafficking of ecstasy into the city. They discover that an underground gang war has been instigated by drug kingpin Johnny Tapia (Jordi Molla). In order to cut off the flow of the designer drug, they have to take down Tapia.
These movies seemed much better when I first saw them, but I guess my taste has been evolving. The antics are still fun to watch, but the story in my opinion is not well developed. Good movies to put on if you are in the mood for hijinx and non-sense. Picture quality and sound is awesome on Blu-ray. If you're a fan and only have the DVD, it is worth the upgrade.
Road warrior on steroids. Jaw dropping stunts and insane chases/races. I thought Furiosa stole the show. Must see for Max fans. Blu-Ray picture and sound are exquisite.
Most people expected this to be a horror movie. I remember those fans being disappointed when this movie first came out. Those that were expecting it to follow the novel may have also been disappointed by the changes and additions. I thought that the changes and additions worked for the movie it was trying to be. The eerie effects were creatively and masterfully done to add to the ambiance of the film. A story of love betrayal and redemption. The picture quality in this remaster is definitely an improvement over the original release.

This movie has all the Peanuts elements I had hoped for. If you're a Peanuts fan, you will definitely pickup on all the nods to the comic and fan services moments. The way they blended those great comic strip moments into one cohesive film and engaging story, complete with defining moments and life lessons was extraordinary. All that without blending or ripping off anything from the classic holiday specials. If you're new to Peanuts, this is the perfect introduction. Picture and sound is awesome. Highly recommended.
From the first 5 min, it grabs you. Freaky and in a lot of scenes downright disturbing. If you are into the gory horror films, this one's for you. Great pic and sound that makes you cringe.
Gets you hooked right from the start. Denzel plays a cool cat and definitely draws you to the mystery of his character. Only thing I would criticize is that the ending was too Hollywood for such a dark film. I just don't believe there's a way for it to end the way it did. Anyways, a must watch. Picture and sound are solid.
While DUFE is an enjoyable film, I couldn't quite make the full transition and sell out to the ending. I definitely like the mystery aspect, but I believe something was missed on the buildup to the finale. Definitely worth a look. Transfer looks good and audio is solid.
This release from the legendary anime series Cowboy Bebop includes all 26 episodes of the show, combining themes from gangster films, Westerns, and science fiction.
An excellent series with memorable characters and quirks. Spike is a hoot, but I think Ed steals the scenes, whenever present. Blu-Ray picture quality is of course better than the DVD. Sound is pretty much on par with the Blu-Ray version. Be aware it is not widescreen though.
