I purchased two of these for 32" Samsung TVs in my Kid's rooms. They were extremely easy to install and they fit perfect to the back of the TVs. All the hardware was included except on the the TVs I had to buy shorter screws to bolt to my newer TV. The screws were Metric size 4 with 20 depth. Kit came with I think a set of 25 or 30 depth and like 10 or 15.
