Very nice but has a flaw

The keyboard works very well with my iPad mini and the battery last a long time (almost 1 month) before needing to be recharged. I am giving 3 stars due to a flaw in the design of this product and the fact that costumer service did not honor the product warranty (they claimed I was responsible for the defect). As you can see in the attached picture, the left tab that holds the iPad to the keyboard has broken. It is made of plastic and got a crack with few weeks of use and eventually broke due to the stress that is placed in the tab as the keyboard is opened and closed. Due to the fact that the power button is located on that side of the iPad mini and the keyboard need to have an opening in the tab to allow turning the iPad on and off, it is obvious that is just a matter of time until it breaks. I have improvised a metal anchor to hold the iPad mini in place so I can continue to use the keyboard.

Good laptop for students

This is the second HP - Pavilion x360 that I've purchased during the last 6 months. Both my kids needed one for their studies at school. The first one never had any issue. We are having some issues with the second one (blue screen errors) but fortunately HP support is very responsive and I am working with them towards resolution. It seems to be related to Windows 8. That is the reason I gave 4 stars. My kids love the laptop, specially the touch screen and the capability of "converting" the laptop into a tablet.
