This thermostat from Nest (3rd generation) was incredibly simple to install, and the setup could not have been simpler. The app is intuitive and easy to use as well. Being able to track energy usage to help us choose a better schedule or temperature set points is helpful.

Tate's new personal incarnation of Queensrcyhe (not to be confused with the rest of the band still using the same name as well) has a lot of promise; however, even after providing early buyers with a remixed copy of the CD, I am not impressed. The lyrics are typical Tate, albeit with a chip on his shoulder, but the sound is muddy and the production is obviously rushed. The new album by the rest of the band is much more polished and therefore has my approval over this. It could have been so much better had Tate not tried so hard to beat his ex-bandmates to market.

This soundtrack to the follow-up to 2009's blockbuster hit, has many of the same musical cues and themes. This is usually good for continuity, but on this soundtrack they really aren't used any differently. While overall a good soundtrack, the music does not go in any new direction than that of the first film - it is more a continuation. Some will find this good, while others will be disappointed.
My Best Buy number: 0026545677
What's great about it: Well-rounded sound
What's not so great: Not as "fresh" sounding as 2009 film's soundtrack

Overall this is a very strong outing for Jon and the boys. A few songs are a bit cookie-cutter, but still catchy. One song is almost a direct copy of a Darius Rucker song, but it is a good one.
This new work by Bon Jovi is not as strong as their past several outings. The lyrics seem strained at times, as if they knew they needed to say something, but weren't quite sure what. While a fun listen once or twice, this CD does not have the staying power of previous efforts. There are no catchy tunes like "Have A Nice Day" or "You Give Love a Bad Name". "When We Were Beautiful" is by far the best song on the disc.
What's great about it: Group is still solid after all these years
What's not so great: Lyrics aren't at their usual quality; Derivative
On a whole, the music in season three of the revival Doctor Who series was even better than the music in the previous two seasons, and this soundtrack is proof positive of this upward trend. "All the Strange, Strange Creatures" starts this soundtrack off on an extremely positive note and it stays strong throughout. The 2007 Christmas special song included in this set, "Stowaway", actually makes for a great new holiday song the family can enjoy. From the haunting "Martha's Theme" to the eery music featured in the penultimate episodes involving the return of The Master, this soundtrack is sure to please any Doctor Who or soundtrack afficionado.
What's great about it: Even better than the season 1/2 soundtrack.
