Good product except for use with a speaker phone

I have had good success with this hub except for 1 experience; I have an external speaker phone and when I connect through this hub the call quality is very poor. My end of the call is not bad but people on the other end of the call complained about echoing and skipping. I use the hub for all other USB connections with no issue.
