Jury is still out

So the jury is still out on this one. Immediately I was very satisfied with the product, but then I came home and it was dead in the middle of my floor. I picked it up and put it on the charger, it appeared the base was not charging it. After messing with it for a few minutes, everything seemed to be working and a week or so later it was dead again, this time on the base. I contacted customer service and they were quick and responsive, had me test a few things and then email in some pictures. Initially they wanted to do more troubleshooting, but I convinced them to send a new base out to me. I have it cleaning wood and tile floors and it seems to do an ok job. The pattern is very random, it runs into things pretty hard and sometimes ignores the electronic wall pulling a phone cord out of the charging base. Overall I'm satisfied with it, but not blown away.

This is a bigger laptop, not quite as big as the 17". It's heavier, but solid computer. The 10 key works nicely and so far functionality is good. HD is a little slower than the SSD, but it's priced accordingly. Overall for a cheaper laptop it delivers expected performance.
