Past washer was high efficiency, noisy and shook the neighborhood. This one is also high efficiency, but can not hear it running in comparison. Easy to use and wooks well. Spins clothes almost too dry.
What's great about it: Easy to start up and understand - plug in and works great
What's not so great: Has kid proof lid but we do not have kids so added inconvience
I would recommend this to a friend!
