Excellent value, almost perfect

This is my replacement toaster/oven for one that lasted almost twenty years. The new one is almost as easy to use, but in going to a push-button operating system they somehow forgot to put on a button for STOP or END or something, some way to let you shut it off if you are satisfied with the amount of cooking done before the button's time is up. It will keep running after you remove your food until the end of the cycle. Nothing in the manual talks about a way around this, if indeed it exists. But it works fine otherwise, and will probably last decades like the last one.

Will it accommodate a 9x13 in pan?
The inside dimensions are 16" wide by 12" deep. It is a very large toaster/oven, can handle almost anything except a turkey.
