Probably Elvis' most entertaining movie. Of course, there is plenty of opportunity for him to sing, including a couple of numbers with the beautiful and talented Ann-Margret, who, in a stroke of genius, was cast as a swimming instructor at a Vegas hotel.
This set compiles all 13 episodes from the third season of the CBS drama Unforgettable, starring Poppy Montgomery as a woman with a photographic memory working for the NYPD's Major Crimes Division.
Poppy Montgomery as the detective who remembers everything. There is always time for some fun and banter while she uses her amazing powers of recollection to solve crimes. Marilu Henner, of "Taxi" fame, actually has this ability and is the show's consultant.
One of the best of his "later" films. Well-told story of a man who was profoundly shaped by his experiences during the Korean War, and who must now face his biases as his life changes following the death of his wife.
Great story for anyone who likes sports. Billy Crystal did a terrific job of showing the mounting pressures on Roger Maris and Mickey Mantle as they challenged The Babe's "unbeatable" record. Unfortunately he felt it necessary to include a tremendous amount of foul language. A certain amount of profanity would be expected given the pressure of the events; however, the locker room verbiage adds nothing to the drama and makes the movie totally inappropriate for younger fans.
Not only is King Kong one of the greatest movies ever made in this genre, it looks fantastic in Blu-ray! Highly recommend buying it, even if you already have the DVD.
John Candy as the bumbling uncle everybody wants to forget, until there is a family emergency and there's no one else. The kids will never be the same!
This collection brings together four of the most important films in the career of cinematic icon Humphrey Bogart - Casablanca, The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, The Maltese Falcon, and The African Queen, for which he won his one and only Oscar.
