Cheaply made....first one I received arrived broke

I thought Dyson was a good brand. But my initial impression of this vacuum was not very good.. it didn't help that the first one I had home arrived broken (cheap plastic). But also the extended warranty I bought was misrepresented to me by the salesperson (Denise) and wrongly reconfirmed on the telephone by a second salesperson. So as a matter of fact I am not happy at all with the product itself nor with the information I was by the salespeople.
