Sound great but small enough not to be an eye sore. Weather proof, we mounted our pair under the soffit to add great sound to the deck and yard. Added another pair to the 3-season room both with outdoor volume controls.

Sound is awesome. Using a Pionneer SC-61 reciever with 8"wall front, 61/2" wall rear and a 61/2" wall behind the tv center with the 61/2"subwoofer all Niles speakers and the sound was comparable to my old AR floor speakers and a subwoofer that was 3X the size of this Niles 61/2" subwoofer but taking up no space or clutter in the room.
What's great about it: Can hide it anyware, fits behind furniture against the wall
What's not so great: No issues so far
I would recommend this to a friend!

Grill is sharp, matches our white walls but paintable. Sound is awesome even though the walls and floors are vibrating, no sound distortion. Great reciever with many extras

This reciever has all the bells and wistles, connect all your HDMI up to it in a hidden area and run one hdmi to your tv. Multi zoned so that you could hook up 2 areas with this one reciever. Though the reciever is enclosed and hidden from view, the heat does not build up. Plenty of power for my niles in wall speakers, sound great with no distrortion at sound levels that shake the floor and walls. Hook it up to a network and blue tooth, can be controlled from apple product or even Android phone.
What's great about it: connect everything to it, mutizone and does not get hot.
What's not so great: learning curve to all the features that there are to the reciever
I would recommend this to a friend!
