This is a great tablet, just the right size, But I am an Apple user and the learning curve for this was just too much for me. I needed a full-time tutor. I had problems with an app getting its data on the SD card. Most of the data stayed in flash and very little on the card. It was the app's problem. I was running out of work space due to this app and that just would not fly. Reluctantly, I returned it.

Right now Best Buy has the 304A 3-Pack color toners on sale for $265.99. They carry the black as well, I usually buy the black in 2-packs as black gets used up quicker.

It will provided you have an HDMI input on your TV. TVs made in the last 5 years or so all have them. Take a look at the back of your TV and see if there is one or more there that look like they will accept the HDMI cable.

laptop vs ipad
I currently am using an older Powerbook (15' inch screen). Was considering an ipad but not sure if I would miss the large screen I'm used to.
I have that same iPad you are looking at, I also have a laptop - MacBook Pro. I had the same concerns you do. Each have their place. But I will say that I have no problems with the screen size of the Air 2. For what it does it does best and I use it much more than the laptop. Help this makes your decision a bit easier. However if you are really concerned about screen size look at the iPad Pro.
