The sound quality on this re-issue is great, as are all the extras that are included. "Wonderful Christmas Time" is the highlight of the bonus tracks. As with the other re-issues the notes and new pictures are great. I hope all the re-issues come out in this book style box.

I was so impressed by the package that I have two. One to enjoy and one to hold on to un-opened. As with Band On The Run, this re-issue was done right. This was McCartney's first solo album after the break up of the Beatles. McCartney was able to have a pop hit, "Maybe I'm Amazed" with out the song ever being issued as a single. It was not till the 1976 album "Wings Over America" saw a live version of the song issued as a single.

I am not going to spend time doing a review of the music. Band On The Run is one of the 100 best albums of all time. McCartney did a great job on the packaging. What I like about the archive series is McCartney is doing ir right. He not only has the orignal album, singles, outtakes and demos of the time period are incuded, as well as photos and hand written notes. The book format makes it a great item to have.
