The installation team came to the office when I was not there. They did not approve of the location of the outlet and left without installing the TV and mount rather than trying to find a solution. They did not charge us for a return visit. When they came back, they installed the mount and stripped the bolts. I called them back and they promptly returned to change the bolts. I understand installation must be done specifically to maintain warranties and I do not fault them for refusing to install the mount initially. While I was upset they would leave us with stripped bolts they more than made up for it with their professionalism and courtesy.

Do I have to have a plan of something in order for the watch to work. My four year old grandson loves my apple Smartwatch and he just want a Smartwatch that will light up and he can go through the apps. Would you suggest this watch for him? Thank you
You do not need any account. There is an account you can access to add more games or apps but they are free or pay as you go. From my review, the apps are not like adult smart watches. They are geared for kids and to enhance the watch itself.
