This game is akin to a roller coaster "tycoon" or Sim City, but with dinosaurs and your own dinosaur research facility. I purchased the game for my 11 year old daughter, who loves dinosaurs and everything Jurassic Park/World. The game proved to be a little too sophisticated for her. If you like "tycoon"-like games and dinosaurs/Jurassic Park, then I suspect this game would be for you! If you are looking for something with a little more action, or more simplistic gameplay, this is probably not the best game for you.

I purchased this unit for my stepson, who was taking his original PS4 until back-and-forth between houses. This particular version is a little bit newer and, as such, had a larger drive and was just a little bit thinner. Besides that, however, there really is nothing special about this particular unit. The PS4 has been out for several years now and there is nothing particularly earth-shattering about this unit. There is also a Pro version (or whatever they call it) available. Without a 4K TV, however, I did not see the point of spending more for that particular perk. If you're in the market for a PS4, then this is obviously one of a very limited number of choices. Personally, I always preferred the XBox controller more than the PS4, which is why I was never a big fan of the PS4 (that, and the annual cost to join the Playstation Network). As for my stepson, however, he loves his PS4... I think it proved to be a good purchase for us.

Personally, I have never been a big fan of Chromebooks as I prefer the full functionality of a Mac or PC-based laptop. As my daughter needed something for school, however, a Chromebook seemed to be the best choice. After a year with a different Chromebook, we "upgraded" to this one because she wanted a touchscreen. The addition of a stylus with this model was also a nice touch.
In brief, this unit is stylish, compact, and works well as a Chromebook. Her previous Chromebook was plastic and it felt cheap. That is not the case with this unit. The build construction is great and, thus far, has proven to be very durable for a fifth-grader taking it back-and-forth to school. The ability to use it as a tablet given the touch screen functionality is nice, and my daughter really likes using they stylus with it. The stylus is not as nice as the Apple Pencil that she uses with her iPad, but then again, this stylus does not require charging and she can use it in conjunction with the keyboard in "laptop mode," which is something that cannot be said for a Mac. 32 GB is not a lot of storage space, but then again, one does not buy a Chromebook for computing power or storage space.
The short story is that, if you are in the market for a Chromebook, this particular unit is pretty darn good considering the price you pay. We are very happy with this purchase.

Made this purchase for my daughter. Apparently, she wanted or needed this set to proceed through her game. She seems to like it, although she has other characters that she plays with more frequently. Is there anything special about this set? Probably not. It gives you access to whatever level associates with it in the game, so at least it expands the playability of the game.

If you like LEGO games, this is much the same. Lot of puzzles and areas to explore. Go through story mode, explore the "world" and gather gold bricks and characters, find pink bricks (for cheats), and hit all of the stories in free play mode once again. One thing I noticed is that there seems to be a lot of boss levels in this game (more so than usual). Lot of playability/play time in this game. Have discovered a few bugs that occasionally makes playing the game a little frustrating, but that's kind of standard fare for LEGO games as well.

If you want the updated teams and a few new playability features, this is a purchase you have to make (even if you have an older version). If you are a football fan, Madden really is the only game in town, so there are not many options for you.

I have a 15" MacBook Pro with Touch Bar and was experiencing problems with my 87 Watt power supply only delivering 60 Watts of power. As a result, my MBP's battery kept slowly discharging under load. Turns out, the problem was not the MBP or the power supply (power brick)... It was the USB-C cable. Apparently, not all USB-C cables are created equally and only specific cables are able to carry the 87 Watts delivered by the power supply. Once I purchased this cable, everything worked the way it was supposed to! I do not know if there are third-party USB-C charging cables available that would be less expensive. If you are having a problem with your power supply not delivering enough wattage to your 15" MBP, not having the right USB-C charging cable may be the problem. This particular cable fixed my issue. (I gave four stars instead of five because it is a little pricy for a USB-C cable. Apple branded, though, so that really should not come as a surprise.)

Wireless mice are pretty ubiquitous nowadays, and this one is no different. It is a smaller size, which makes it more portable. It uses a standard, replaceable battery, which can be a positive or negative feature, depending on your perspective. You will need to use one of your computer's USB ports for the proprietary bluetooth adapter (then again, I have not tried to connect it through the computer's own bluetooth, so I do not know if that is even an option). Battery life appears to be very good and there is an option to turn the mouse off when not in use. Tracking is good as well. Ultimately, this was purchased for my daughter to use with her Chromebook because she wanted a mouse (as opposed to using the touchpad) and it was purple. For the price (around $13, I believe) , it really was a good purchase for her.
