I was going to install it but since it was only free for 6 months I decided against it because removing an Anti-Virus program can be such a hassle sometimes. I wanted a dash cam but it wasn't on the top of my list but I was in Best Buy on Black Friday and they had these on hand and on sale for $29.00 so I bought it. It had a brand name that I had heard of, it's 1080p HD, records at 1920x1080 or 1280x720, it includes a 8GB memory card but will support up to 32GB. It is small! Anyway, it was a small investment to try out this dash cam, to early to give it a reliable review but early going seems like it was a good buy and would recommend it so far.

Printing photos can be fun with this quick-drying 8.5" x 11" gloss photo paper. With 100 sheets, you can print plenty of pictures and enlargements.

I went from a 1TB 5400rpm to this and what a difference. I use this to boot and have a 3TB data HD. I know it keeps the cost down, but it would be nice to include full directions and software with the product rather than going to the Samsung website and getting them. I know I'm lazy. But you need the software if you plan on migrating your OS from your previous HD unless you already have the software.

Very Small & Compact

My 1TB backup was getting full so I got this on Black Friday and am happy I did. I transferred all my previous back up data to it which took a couple hours, I didn't sit and actually watch how long when it said it would take a couple hours though. You can not shuck this drive, I read it is the newer type with like a circuit board on it that you would not be able to connect a SATA cable to it. It is USB 3.0.

Great, Small & Fast but not easliy Upgradeable

I finally upgraded my 5 year old Dell with a Q6600 processor to the HP Slimline on the Black Friday Sale and very pleased I did. This computer will do everything that 95% of the buyers will need. The downside is if you want to upgrade this system is not the easiest to do. It does not have a second open hard drive space available due to space of the Slimline. It does have a couple M.2 Expansion Slots on the motherboard which I added the 250GB Samsung 960 EVO NVMe SSD as my boot drive (which it now boots in about 10-15 seconds. I downloaded the software to clone the OS from the Samsung website and it worked great. I also had a WD iCloud that I rarely used even though it's been hooked up for a year, so I Shucked the 3 TB WD Red HD out of it and put it in to replace the 1 TB drive that came with the system. On Black Friday I also bought a 4TB WD External Portable HD to back up my system. If the power supply goes out on this HP Slimline system I suspect it will cost much more than a regular inexpensive one you normally can get at Best Buy. Also the video PCIe slot will require a special video card if you want to upgrade your video as well and if you do want to upgrade the video card keep in mind that the current power supply is only 180watt so you would most likely need to upgrade the power supply. Overall I really like this system and can't wait to start using it as my main computer.

When I saw this bright blue mouse it caught my attention because it was what I was looking for in that it had the mini usb transceiver and was on sale at a great price. It says you get up to 8 months of battery life but we will see, I'm sure that depends on usage. I just plugged it in and it works but need to further check out the 3 customizable buttons.
