Tracy is an awful video instructor. She doesn't explain any of the moves. You're just supposed to figure out what her moves are. She doesn't say what moves are coming up or what the count is. She doesn't say anything throughout the workout. Not only that, she has no rhythm. Her moves don't match the music. This is the worst $10 I spent. Plus, I can't even return it because I opened the DVD!
