This was working fine but last week, there was a burning smell for a few days and last thursday, there was a small sound like a 'poof' and the microwave stopped working. It also took out the circuit breaker. I was able to reset it but the microwave is gone. The sucky ting is that Best Buy will not replace it because I did not buy additional protection. There is an REI store nearby which will replace with no question asked ANY item I buy. That is customer service. Best Buy is not replacing this. They want me to go to the manufacturer.
