I watched this picture in the theater and enjoyed is brilliant sweeping action and more action scenes. When it came to home video, I just had to have it, so I bought the Dvd, special edition, which at the time was phenomenal. I have been wishing this movie would some time come out on Blu-ray, and my wish finally came true. This movie looks better then it ever did on this format. The sweeping ballet of action, the picture is beautiful, and the sound is better then ever..

If you enjoyed the first in the series, then you will just love this one. This sequel has it all, suspense, a lot of action, and some gruesome killings, which brings the body count three times more then the first outing. If you like action, you will love this movie.

When I first heard that this story, one of my favorites, was being made to film, I had my doubts. Then I learned that Mary Lambert was picked as director, the I knew this film would just blow me away, and it did. This is bar none the best adaption of any King novel, with maybe the exception of Dead Zone, which is another movie that blew me away. This film has horror, gore, everything you might expect from a King novel. Pick it up and watch it with the lights off, you will be glad you did..

This is a continuation of the Sinister franchise, with the deputy of the first film becoming the lead, as he searches for the mysterious demon, that takes over children's bodies, and turns them into murderer's. This movie is so much better then the first, it has more action, and you actually feel for the children and actors in this one. If you like horror, then pick this gem up, you will be glad you did..

This little gem has finally got the Blu-ray treatment, and it deserves it!! Don Knott's, probably the funniest man in comedy throughout the 60's really nailed the haunted house comedy with plenty of chills, twists and turns, and of course, comedy.
