Insignia Makes Great Products!

Once again, Insignia puts out another reliable and well built product. Purchased this for a friend who just got a Samsung S6. Apparently Samsung itself doesn't make a car charger (which is a bummer because I'd rather own all brand name stuff), but luckily Insignia makes everything under the sun that you could need for your cell phone. I definitely recommend this product. And as always, don't go cheap and buy a charger at some other store that is cheaper. All chargers are NOT built the same. Buy quality products like this one that will last.

5 Stars - Best Bluetooth Headset

Ok, so here's the thing. Bluetooth headsets seem to be a dying fad due to all these new cars with fancy technology packages, i.e. built in bluetooth, etc. But what about the rest of us who own an earlier model vehicle who are still plugging our phones in via aux cables and turning up the speakers in our cars, and placing the phone on our chest between the seatbelt so we have our improvised version of hands free talking?!? Yeah, this is the solution! And by this, I don't mean a bluetooth headset. I mean THIS BLUETOOTH HEADSET. The Jabra Stealth bluetooth headset is hands down the best one out there. In fact, I purchased one nearly two weeks ago and LOST IT, yes lost it, but loved it sooo incredibly much, that I went back and purchased another one! Yeah, that hurt my pocket (and pride) a bit because I take pride in taking care of my things and saying I've never lost or broken anything in my life, but hey, it happens. Anyway, the connection is solid (and pretty awesome). It works terrific with my iPhone 6 Plus as far as the Siri capability and answering/ending calls. It's tiny in size (which I love), and as an added plus, I can listen to my music via the bluetooth, so working all day with music in my ear just made my life a whole lot better! All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this product!

Best Battery for Sony A6000!!!

Okay, so a couple of months ago, I purchased a Sony A6000 from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier (see that review)! I started with the battery it came with because I thought I would snapping a couple of photos here and there, nothing too crazy. Well I was completely wrong!!! I fell in love with that camera, and then fell in love with photography even more! I could not put the camera down. I started taking it everywhere! So what's a guy to do when the camera dies? Purchase another battery of course! And that's exactly what I did. I purchased not one, but two more of these Sony - NP-FW50 High-Capacity Lithium-Ion Batteries. Yes, there are off brands you can purchase for cheaper, but my outlook on that is, why buy cheaper products for a high quality camera?! That defeats the purpose. These batteries charge fast, hold a charge for a long time (depending on usage of course), and even tell you the percentage of battery left on your sony camera screen. Plus, Sony is definitely a name you can depend on, and they back up their products if you have any problems. Anyway, definitely recommend this product for any of the sony line cameras. A bit pricey, but you won't regret it.
Tip: You can find these on sale from time to time at bestbuy.com OR the other option is, find them cheaper somewhere else and Best Buy will PRICE MATCH! They are amazing at price matching.

So I recently purchased this item for myself because I was looking for a speaker I could put in my backpack that would be loud enough to hear while hiking or walking around amusement parks with my nieces & nephews. I played with the display model in the store and was surprised that such a small speaker had a HUGE sound with plenty of crisp bass. Why spend $200+ for a "brand name" speaker when this speaker could rival the sound of that one? Anyway, I didn't keep it because for my purpose, in my backpack, somehow the sound muffled out. I turned it several different directions in the bag, but still, the sound wasn't there for me. But in the office, the sound was incredible! So yes, I highly recommend this product to someone who is looking for an inexpensive and loud speaker with a terrific battery life. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
P.S. 4/5 stars because of the design. I feel that if the design was different, it wouldn't have muffled in my backpack and it would've been a keeper for me. But regardless, awesome all around speaker if you're setting it down on a solid surface. I even linked my Mac Mini to it via bluetooth to watch Hulu and it sounded terrific!
