This is a basic model of the 5000 Series. By basic, I mean that it only has 2 HDMI, 1 USB, Component, Composite, Optical, Digital Audio Out.
No smart capabilities. The remote is regular size and TV control is below the bezel. It is the button/dial type. It does what I need it to do. Plays 1080p 60Hz perfectly. This would be for use on wired devices only as you would need to attached a streaming device for wifi. This is a great value TV for the size unless you have to have all the smart stuff.

When deciding on your home theater equipment it's all about how it sounds to YOU, what you want it to do and your budget. On the full range of receivers this would be on the higher side of the low tier. Compared to the other ones in the same price range this one offered more bang for the buck. If you like Sony then you should like this one if it's in your price range. It has plenty of power to run your system. The auto configuration is less painful compared to the other brands. I did tweak it a bit manually. UI is very simple and plain looking but easy to navigate. Has built in WiFi that you just have to turn on. All the other wireless features work very well. My system is a mix of higher end speakers and two subs. Everything sounds much better with proper power now. 6 HDMI inputs and has 4K pass through.
The newer version of this model should have the same relative specs with some improvements. Great budget receiver if you consider everything else that's out there. If you don't then this is a quality investment.

Great movie. The usual extras. Packaging is like a thin book as it has about 40 pages with photos and bios. There was no digital copy with the version I bought. Since it's a digibook, it's more difficult to keep from getting banged up. If you like the book feel, it's great.

Blu-ray looks great and lots of extras. Original packaging comes with a slipcover. This is different from the original series in that it's part one of three movies. There are several characters that have been left out and a new character has been added. I like it as a stand alone type of deal. If you have this but have not seen the series, I recommend you see it as well.

If you liked the series then you'll like this as well. It feels like an extended episode. Never really says when this is set but it appears to be late in the series when all the relationships are established but before things start to get serious with the main mythology. Animation quality looks great on blu-ray as this was made during the modern age of computer aided drawing. Makes you appreciate quality hand drawn animes.

This is a very cool looking steelbook for the Lion King blu-ray release. This was a pre-order item that you received initially prior to the release of the actual blu-ray. There is a single disc tray on the right side of the case. There is a double sided tray "page" in the middle attached to the inner spine. Unless you bought the 3D version of the Lion King blu-ray you should have room.
