I was concerned about a front load. This is a first for us. We are very well pleased. The front load allows us to be able to get to the clothing much easier. We are older folks and the reaching to the bottom of the washer is no longer required! The wash time is wonderful. Most of all, there is a big difference in the cleanliness of the clothes, something we did not even think about. Our goal was to get a bigger washer that was easier to use. We got it!
