Not very clear video, stops and starts.

Had to call tech support to set up and sync the camera. Would not sync using written instructions. Lost sync due to power outage will have to call support again.

Can I view footage recorded to the SD card remotely? I want to set this up in our summer home, and review footage at our other place.
The sd card can be accessed and erased remotely.
