I know a lot of previous reviews complained of it not being hot enough. To me, I always hated the super hot coffee that you have to add ice to or wait 30 minutes to drink so it works well for me. It is by no means cold but comes out at a temperature that you are able to drink. Quality of the coffee is great and basically pays for itself when you calculate how much drinks at Starbucks cost.
