When exactly is the phone activation required? If the time line is from order online to in my hands after shipping.
phone activation is when they run it through the system. Some Best Buy will let you walk out without it being activated, others are sticklers about it. That is if you buy full price. If you sign a 2 year contract/finance then you have to activate it and it will be working before you leave the store.
