We bought this case along with the purchase of an iPad mini 4. The Zagg unit is of good construction and provides very nice protection for your iPad. Although rechargeable the keyboard goes into standby mode when not in use and then wakes up when you press a key. Only feature that would be nice is for the keyboard to flip over to allow you to use the iPad in a flat mode.

I purchased the iPad mini 4 for my wife. This was an upgrade for her from a previous iPad where she was at the memory limit. The mini 4 comes with 128GB of memory which for almost all users will not be a problem for the lifetime of the iPad. The nice feature of the iPad mini is that it easily fits in most woman's purses so it is very portable. Best Buy offered this at a great price and also provided a very competitive trade in for her previous iPad.

I was quite excited to see that the Friday Lock was being offered by Best Buy and purchased one once it was available. Installation was quite straightforward and I had no issues. The lock works seamlessly with Apple HomeKit once configured in the Friday Lock app. I have found, however, that calibration of the lock is critical to correct operation of the lock as well as status and notifications via HomeKit. I contacted Friday Lock support (which was quite responsive) and they provided a link to a YouTube video which describes how to calibrate. You will note in the video during calibration that the lock is turned manually closed and then rotated back a few degrees before accepting the lock position in the app. Same with the locked position. The Wemo Mini Wifi switch is an upgraded replacement for the previously offered Wemo Wifi Switch. It provides the same functionality but in a much better form factor. The new design allows access to the second plug in the outlet or the option to have 2 Wemo Mini switches in a single outlet. Configuring the switch is straight forward with Wemo app on your iOS or Android phone. The switch is also compatible with Amazon Alexa but is not currently directly HomeKit compatible.

Syncs nicely with Amazon Echo, but ...

I purchased this item to allow the Amazon Echo Bluetooth audio to be played through my Bose system. The syncing process worked seamlessly, however, there is a problem that although you tell the Echo to disconnect Bluetooth the Logitech causes it to reconnect. Looking at the technical info on the Logitech this is by design. As a result I need to disconnect the power to the Logitech when not in use. Not a huge issue as the Echo is used 90% of the time stand alone but something a buyer should be aware of. I would recommend the Logitech to a friend as the Bluetooth sync works very well but would first understand their intended application.

I purchased this computer for my 80+ year old in laws. This was the perfect computer for them as they are email and internet users only although the computer has sufficient power for MS Office use. The integrated packaging, design, and affordable price were key features. Only real downside is that the lettering on the keyboard is small and of a light font which makes it difficult for anybody using bifocals or in low light.

Recently my old HP printer of 6+ years started to have ink system errors. I started my search for a new printer which had a number of key features including photo printing, separate ink cartridges for each color, handling of both plain and photo paper, duplex printing, integral scanner (but no need for fax), ethernet or wifi connectivity, and Airplay support. My search produced the Canon Pixma MG7520 printer which had good online reviews (both BestBuy and others) and I have not been disappointed to date. The printer is quick, produces excellent output quality including photos, and works well on the network as well as with Airplay. Ink cartridges are reasonably priced. Yet to be determined is how long they will last in normal use of mostly printed documents with occasional photos.

I see there is an available recording service. How much is it a month ?
Belkin offers a recording service at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Videos are kept for 14 days. This looks like a charge per camera not per account so a bit pricey. I have not investigated other options.
Althernately, you can enable to motion sensor on the camera to send you an email when tripped. The email includes a capture from the video camera. Find that it can be a bit sensitive and can be tripped by changes in brightness from windows so you will get some false trips.

Can multiple cameras be on the same netcam app?
Can i have multiple Cameras that are connected to the same netcam app so i can switch between them and look through all cameras on the same app or is it only one camera that can be used?
Yes, I have 2 Belkin HD cameras accessible from the Netcam App on my iPhone and iPad.
