I think the Ryzen 7 comes with a stock cooler. Is that cooler installed on the PC?

Yes this rig comes with the stock CPU cooler. But I have it set to either 50% to 75% using the MSI tool that's included and it has never reach above 114 degrees approx. And I am playing some pretty intense games like Mass Effect Andromeda etc. Hope his helps.

That was a miss print this rig comes with DDR4 of 8 gig of ram.

What motherboard idoes this computer have specifically? And also is the graphics 6gb?

MSI Bazooka mother board. Works very well in conjunction of the processor and graphics card..
