Great WiFi for my whole house

My cable comes into my cable box in a basement mechanical room. The kitchen is on the opposite end of the house 1 floor up. My sons 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Total of 5200 sf. We tried many different configurations and routers with extenders but none gave us adequate signal in all places. I waited for ORBI and it was worth it. With the base in the mechanical room I get good signal to the satellite in the kitchen. This gives me excellent signal throughout the house. I now have wireless download speeds of 135 mbs everywhere which matches my direct connection speed on my computer. I used to be 6-10 mbs in the bedrooms and kitchen.
The room beside the mechanical room is a TV room with 2 PS4's that are used at the same time and often a 3rd. We also have many wireless phones and devices going at the same time. All work great
We did have a problem with switching from the satellite to the base. I emailed the problem to Netgear. A reply email came within a day. I changed 2 settings and problem solved
