Be aware that this is not the most pleasant film to watch, but it was very well done, and will give you insight into a time gone buy.
Here we have a drama that takes advantage of being in 3D. For the most part, I think that the 3D was done well. The image was clear, crisp, and clean. I'm glad that I purchased it from Best Buy for $10. It's something that I wouldn't have normally purchased. But I couldn't pass up this movie in 3D for this price. I think if you get it, you won't be disappointed, and you might learn something.

3-D action movie done right!

I saw the original when it came out, but didn't see this one in the theater. When Best Buy was selling it for $10, I couldn't pass it up, especially since it was the 3d version.
I didn't expect anything when I put the disc it, but I hoped. And I was not let down. From the first seconds, to the end, the 3D was wonderful to watch, and it was converted. Of course there are non-action scenes where 3D is there, and used, but let's face it, it's the action that shines, and what we want to see.
If your looking for a action film that takes advantage of all that 3D can be, I think you should check this one out!

Not the best movie out there, but not bad either. I purchased it for $10 at Best Buy because it is 3d. I enjoyed the movie, along with the 3d. As a matter of fact, I was very impressed with the 3d. I think that it was well done.

I purchased this movie because it seems that I've started a collection of Super Hero movies in 3D. When I first saw it in the theater, I wasn't in love with it, but buy no means did I hate it. And as it turns out, I enjoyed it more at home the second time around.
As for the 3d, it's not bad. It's not as great as Guardians 2, but I would rather watch the 3d version than the 2d. There is good depth throughout the entire movie, which I prefer over if your face, off the screen 3-D. Now it can be done for good effect at the right time in the right movie, like Ghostbusters. The image was clean and crisp, and though a large portion of the movies is in the dark, the image wasn't.
If your a fan of 3d, at the right price, I think you will enjoy this disk.

I enjoyed the first one, so when it was on sale at Best Buy for $9.99, I bought it. And I'm glad that I did. I think that it looked very good, and was very satisfied with the 3D. I mean what better way to watch Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles bounding about!
You get a 3D, 2D and DVD version. I believe that Atmos is available on both of the Blu-rays. The extras come on the standard version, which included deleted scenes, some behind the scenes stuff. Also, you have your choice of HD streaming or download from Itunes or Ultraviolet.
If your into 3D you should enjoy this for $9.99.

I'm not a fan of anime which I understand that's what this is based on. I bought this because it was on sale at Best Buy for $9.99, which I think that this is a fair price.
The images are very beautiful through out the movie. The 3D at times was very good and other times I think a little lacking. I would have thought that this time of film would have a more in your face type of 3D.
There are some making of's as extras, and you have your choice of HD streaming or download from Itunes or Ultraviolet.
Either way, I'm not disappointed that I got it for $9.99

I don't think that I've ever seen Top Gun from start to finish, so when Best Buy put this on sale for $9.99, I had to buy it, and I mainly bought it for the 3D. Speaking of the 3D, I think that is was pretty good. The dogfights looked wonderful and spacious in 3D. The other scenes look okay as well. So what I'm trying to say is that the conversion was done well.
The 2D disc contains commentary by producer Jerry Bruckheimer, Director Tony Scott, and the screen writers. And let's not forget the "Behind-the-scene featurettes" and the like.
You have your choice of HD streaming or download from Itunes or Ultraviolet.
I think that it's a very good value for $9.99.

Best Buy was nice enough to put this on sale for $9.99, and I was nice enough to buy it. I think that the movie looks very good, and there should be no complaints about the 3D, being shot in 3D adds greatly to this. As for the sound, if you have atmos (which I do not), you can enjoy that, and I felt that the 5.1 did a wonderful job of surrounding me.
You get 3 discs, one for the 3D, one for the 2D, and one just for the extras. That disc has the behind the scenes footage which is around 90 minutes long.
Also, you have your choice of HD streaming or download from Itunes or Ultraviolet. I think that it is a very good buy for $9.99.

I didn't know very much about this movie when I bought it, but for $9.99 on sale from Best Buy, I had to get it. I enjoyed the movie's story and the characters. The only thing that could have liked more was the look of the movie. And what I mean by that is, that it has a young computer generated look, a look less sophisticated than I've see in other animation. But I will say that it still has it's charm about it.
I think that if your looking for a good looking 3D movie, this will satisfy you. There is no doubt that your watching a well conceived 3D outing.
You get the 3D disk, the 2D disk with includes over 90 minutes of special features, and DVD with the movie. And you have your choice of HD streaming or download from Itunes or Ultraviolet.
