Ideas forced to purchase this for free installation. Was not long enough for my house. I already had a metal vent tubing so the installers used mine. Forgot about it sitting in the basement. There it still sits. Too late to return for a refund.

No more wrinkled work shirts!

Love my new dryer with steam feature! My work shirts are embroidered PGA golf polos, a polyester blend that is easily wrinkled if left in the dryer or dried with the wrong clothing. Now I set to casual, less dry, wrinkle-free with steam and wow! Now I don't have to worry about rushing down to hang up wet shirts to dry! No matter what else I am drying - jeans, towels, delicates - it senses exactly how long to dry and hot it needs to be. Like others I too wish the filter didn't have to leave a mess on top of the dryer when I pull it but having it on top deters me from stacking other junk there. I do wish the front edge wasn't tounded, can't set my large bottles of detergent and fabric softener on dryer any more, they slide right off. Had to find a cart to use. Overall very happy with new dryer, should have bought it months ago when I bought the matching washer and would have qualified for the rebate.

Had to replace an old washing machine that we had been limping along. Knew I wanted an agitatorless upright. I love this machine. I have had a couple of loads with soap residue left behind but usually when I don't separate clothing as directed. If you read the directions for the machine you are going to love it! Heads up... The helicopter you think you hear over your house is the awesome spin cycle that shortens the dry time!!

My wash comes out all wrinkled so I put the spin on low and it did not spin at all
Put it on the 2nd setting. Book says low setting is no spin.
