Good PC POOR PACKING

The PC works as advertised but the company ships it to Best Buy in a box that lacks packing for the keyboard and mouse. Mine arrived with a broken mouse - TWICE! Best Buy finally agreed to give me a mouse - big thank you to Best Buy!
