Hold the power button until they flash green/orang

Once we figured out how to get them to sync to our TV properly they are now working great. I fought with multiple support people trying to get these working at first and Sony support is horrible.
Finally I figured it out myself. You need to hold the power button down for quite awhile I believe 8 seconds until they start alternating blink green and orange. Once they are paired to your TV it's important that when you turn them on from then on hit the power button twice quickly to get them to turn on. Turn off just hold down the power button for a few seconds.

Are these compatabile with a Sony XBR65X850C TV?
Yes I have the 55 of that same version and they do work.

Sony TDG-BT500 or TDG-BT400 will work. Need to hold the power button down until the button flashes green and orange. Takes about 8 seconds of holding. Once paired to turn off just hold power button for a few seconds. To power back on after they have been paired once just hit the power button twice quickly.

Are there instructions that are fairly easy to follow?
Easy as plug and play. It will automatically pull the software up for you to install.
