Not a person that gets a big into artsy stuff in relation to case's. And I always would suggest to anyone before making a purchase search without there in cases and get an idea what you may like. I don't believe of flying blind. That said looking at the cases that they had available at Best Buy, I found this case to cover all my needs. It has a nice leather look feel and holds the iPad securely does have the ability to stand up and hold the iPad for viewing the pictures or movies. In a feature that I also liked in the case that I had for my iPad 2 I hand strap. As I like to hold my iPad with one hand from taking notes on the go and be able to type with the other. On all a good value for the money would suggest attain one.

I decided to upgrade my iPad 2 to a new one a few months ago. Big decision I want to make before purchasing was did I want the full-size screen of iPad air, or lightness of the iPad mini retina display. I decided partially on the iPad mini retina display as I like to read books and evening and holding the iPad when one hand while doing so was a partial selling. Other than that keep in mind I've had many shares all the attributes of its big brother in form and function, and mechanics. Just in a smaller form factor that some may find easier to hold or transport.

Skinny Case for Apple iPad mini
does this particular case come in other colors beside black?
From what I've seen on Best Buy's website and in the store I believe black to be the only offering at this location fourth case. That said I would check rocket fishes website to see if they make anymore in different colors always a good option if you don't find what you want initially.
