I am embarrassed to ask this question. How does this work? Does the case plug into the wall for charging?
I understand the case charges the headset via USB, but what is the case's source of power?
The headset sits in the case & plugs into a rechargeable battery. When the battery runs down you plug it in to recharge it. It comes with a cable that connects the battery to the headset or when recharging the battery it can plug into any usb.

can i store my itunes library on my device
Yes, I had the drive split into 2 so I could put mine & my wife's on it. It has worked great.
